Lerwick is the main commercial and passenger port in Shetland, Scotland, located on the east coast of the Shetland mainland. It is Britain’s ‘Top’ Port, the most northerly commercial harbour in the country.
It serves as a key hub for fishing, oil and gas support, freight and cruise ships, handling over 5000 vessels.
Sullom Voe is an eight-mile-long inlet dividing the Northmavine peninsula from the Mainland. it is famousas the site of one of Europe’s largest oil and liquefied gas terminals.
